high prices low quality also the service not so good I order a bed set and they told me I was going to received not tater than 3 days after waiting 4 days and not receive nothing I call and the mistaken the order and told me that they did not had it in stock that set any more but they will ordered for me since I had already pay. so ask low long it will take they told me a week again they fail and did not deliver the set until 2 weeks after, I was not happy at all. and the quality of the bed not so good cheap material not as the set they had on display.
So if it helps go to another store you will be thankful you did. I wish I had went to another store.

Inane Filipino food truck is in the furniture store parking lot from 11am til about 2...or until food runs out! Great pork adobo, pancit, white rice plate for under $10!!

The first time I ordered furniture, it took nearly a month to get delivered. It wasnt until I called about 2 weeks in and they barely processed the order. Waited for almost a month, and they said delivery would take 2 weeks.
Recently I made a purchase. A bed frame, and some lamps. Paid for delivery and said it was going to take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I called and they said that wednesday/thursday it should be delivered. Thursday comes and I call again, then they said Saturday. When they come saturday, they have the bed but not the lamps. Since then I called about 5 times, about the delivery for the lamps. 3 out of those 5 calls, I was promised a delivery that day or the next. A few days over a month, still no lamps.

Do not buy at this store... they last it a month before I got my furniture... When it was supposed to be "2 weeks". The older lady had more lies than Trump.. she literally try to lie in my face... You wanna enjoy your furniture upon arrival? Don't buy here.. literally "no vaya!!!"

My Dad told me he received lousy customer service regarding a simple mattress cover. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Why pay Delano's higher sales tax when Bakersfield is only 30-35 minutes away? Its not like you do all your shopping in Delano anyway. From what I was told, Serrano's Furniture doesn't offer free local delivery or disposal of your old mattress. Fail! They are not the only place in town that offers instant credit. Be smart, do your furniture shopping somewhere else.

My experience at serranos is always good..they really work well with you verry friendly. ..help you take home what you like..prices and payments are Affordable...i get all my home appliances there..and will keep goin there...i recomend it to my family and friends.

If I could give this place a lower star I would. They don't stick to their word. And there is no place I've ever been to where there is no cancellation. This place is a joke. Wanting 30% restocking fee when you haven't even received your order, and it’s already in the warehouse, ridiculous Never shopping here again.
