This company will charge you for products, then only put the return address on the package so that the post office never delivers the product to the customer. They will keep your products and your money. If anyone knows a Good Lawyer let me know because I will be taking this to court.

Never had issues till last month I ordered on Nov 29 and they helped my package till Dec 7 then is was held at customs then my package went backwards. Then they sent it to another shipping company. I paid for shipping to be here on dec 9 and still have not received it. The tracking says it’s been out for delivery for 3 days. I’ve reported this company as a scam and a fraud they give out false information and hold your packages.

For all the people who haven’t received their packages consider it a good thing. The quality sucks. At best I’ll wear it to the gym. But you will not catch me outside with these clothes at the bar or museum it doesn’t matter. I will say I’m happy it was cheap in price but you get what you pay for. I can imagine after one wash the shirts will just go to heck. I might actually just return it all and go for something more sturdy. I don’t want disposables

Beware, these people are fraudsters, they follow tricks to rip your money if you return the product. They never refund. They will send you worthless products and if you return them, they will cheat by taking your product as well as your money. Even after continuous follow up and mails they will give you filthy reasons to avoid refund. The quality of some supplier clothes are not as mentioned in the website. Shein doesn't care about customers. On paper they have good policies and they will write sweet mails to you, finally when the situation arises for refund then they will wash their hands, because they are also part of the culprit's hands.

Got a $200 package delivered to the wrong house in a different city. I went back and forth with Shein and FedEx and all Shein had to do was verify a couple things with FedEx, but they refused to help. I've been battling them in a dispute for a long time now and now I can no longer trust them. This stinks because I love their clothes and quality for the price, but if I'm going to get ripped off on orders from time to time, I might as well pay full price on Amazon. This company will absolutely go out of business sooner or later. This is NOT my house Shein! I see your prices are low because you screw so many people out of their money. Good scam!

I ordered from SHEIN and had a frustrating experience. My package was marked as delivered, but it has been missing for over five days. When I contacted customer service, they just kept telling me to check with FedEx, even though FedEx confirmed that the package is stolen and cannot be located.

I’ve been given the runaround with no resolution, and I believe I deserve a refund since I purchased the items from SHEIN. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I won't be shopping here again.

I honestly think that this website should deserve a -5 star review. This is the worst website ever. Temu is much better. It has been only 20 day and when I don't like my unused item they say that I can't return it. I got really busy in the last 20 day that forgot to return the items on the second day. I swear that I will never order anything from this scamming website that frauds people. It does sell stuff for cheap but the quality of the items are much cheaper. It told me that if I bought items for 10 bucks, I would get a $200 coupon. But that was a scam to make you fall in their trick and waste your precious money that you work so hard just to get. I advice others to not even install SHEIN. I was a fool who just didn't read the reviews before ordering. I would say that you should go to Temu b/c they give you 6 free gifts just to invite people. And the quality is good. If the quality is not good them they let you keep the item and they also refund the money back into your account. In Shein you have to return the item to the post office and they don't give a refund. Plus they sell RETURNED ITEMS!!!!!! If you want to save money don't buy anything from shein.
