I had so much fun today at your shop! As as Busy Working Mom I rarely get a chance to “Therapy Shop!” Alexa needs Big Props for helping me find some awesome outfits that I know I wouldn’t have found on my own. I got some timeless pieces that I really needed. Definitely a Delight!

Went in this store today and was greeted by a very friendly, kind young lady. Brooke was her name. She was fun and made my experience fun! I have been in this store twice and both times the employees have told me how great the owner is. I find this super impressive. Way to go ladies. Thank you.

The young girl at the front of the store made me feel very uncomfortable. She kept on asking me too many questions and when I went into the dressing room I felt like she was harassing me because she was rushing me out of the dressing room. Also, I felt like she was in my personal space when I was in the dressing room she continued to ask me questions I think that she was being prejudiced towards me I still ended up buying a cute crop top from out of the store. If a customer is changing in the dressing room, the employee shouldn’t be asking them questions or talking to them in general because it feels weird and at that point there in your personal space

Not only does Shellsea have an amazing selection of super cute clothes and the friendliest staff, but now they have a sister store where you can go make custom charm jewelry, hats and other personalized things. Had the best time there, at Cherry Street Factory, creating a special piece with my daughter for her birthday. The owner deserves a shout out as when I had a total user error with my bracelet, she 100% went above and beyond to restore my purchase to it’s original state. Can’t wait to go back to Deland to visit both stores soon!

Have shopped here quite a few times now & the service is always great, everyone’s nice and helpful. The store itself is adorable & trendy! They do have size L/XL in their clothing for bigger girls/larger chests & the clothes & accessories feel like good quality. I have some shoes & hair clips that are so cute & long lasting!
