Went today 5-29-2024. 1 year anniversary of my sister's death. I visited your souvenir shop to get braclets. And jenn. She said she was new started on Saturday. She was awesome great customer service. Made me smile. On a rough day . I appreciate her outstanding customer service. She is awesome. Thank you Jenn. For the best service. Terrible customer service. There are many other novelty shops to shop at. This is place is full of rude and inconsiderate people. We were treated poorly while we were there. Completely ignored and when we tried to rank to a staff member and share our complaints, she rudely said she was the owner and didn't care to hear our concerns.

The owner wants to comment that this review is bogus just like she didn't want to serve a Hispanic customer in her store because he was probably an illegal.

Great people work here. Wide variety of nik-naks, even some for weeki wachee. We've decorated an entire room in our home from times we purchased here. Fun.
