Customer service doesn’t exist here. There were 3 workers on the floor and they acknowledged no one when customers walk in the store they were too busy talking at the register, and one of the employees were eating at the register and when you asked him for help because you have to approach them, since they’re so busy doing nothing. They look at you like at you like why are you bothering me. I will be calling corporate on them as well.

I came last Friday and the customer service was great. The sweetest girl named Aniyah helped me find the shoes my son has been wanting along with a matching outfit. She was very helpful and knew what she was doing. Will definitely be coming back.

Worst experience me and my family have had in any store. Young Girl at the register charged a gift card I had for $100 then canceled it after it went through so I could not use it then continued to blame me for her mistake! Assistant Manager was very unprofessional when she came out and when I asked for her name to tell the owner she would not give it to me. I also told her I was going to leave a negative review and she said that's ok go ahead. Me and my family will never shop at this store again and I filed a fraud claim because they took $100 off our gift card and then expected us to pay with another credit card. Left us high and dry! I do not recommend shopping here. If the owner is reading this I highly recommend you get a new assistant manager. Clearly we are not the only ones who have had a negative experience at this store based on all the other reviews.

Most awkward experience with the employees in this store. When you walk in there is no one to great you or check how you are doing. All the female workers were huddled in a corner behind the counter. I stood in line to pay for a pair of pants and all they did was stare until another customer asked if this was the line. Management needs to do better with who they hire.

Great wonderful store always good vibes and energy. Me and my family are always greeted as we enter. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rachel I believe is her name the store manager always goes above and beyond even when items may not be at her location. She calls around and see where we can find it. I will definitely continue to shop at the Palmdale location.

The store is nice clean and well organized there's an employee, Celeste she went way beyond to help me find what i wanted, She's the best.. I'd come back to this place for their customer service and the great selection variety..
