Wish I could give a negative star review. My family and I were shopping here when my son who has autism he can’t read or speak walked into an open door in the back. It turned out it was a bathroom but there was a sign on it that said employees only. A young woman working at the store yell at us saying you can’t go in there I apologized and said it was too late he was already on the toilet. She proceeded to insult him on the fact that he could not read the sign after I explained to here that he can’t read or even speak she began at insult myself saying that I was the parent and I should have stopped him. Their staff is completely rude and disrespectful. I will never bring my family here again. I would advise the same to you.

What a unique and fun place to stay. Spent two nights here. If your not into cookie cutter hotel rooms and enjoy a place with personality and ambiance this is a perfect place to visit. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are quaint with an "at home" feeling. There are two pools, a lovely dock side sitting area, off street parking, a large gift shop, and you are a block from the beach. Plenty of places to dine, shop, and people watch right outside your door. We will be staying here again the the future. Great place.

Their parking machines charged me incorrectly for a full day, and when I called customer service and the associated store I was told there was nothing that could be done and hung up. Subsequent calls went straight to voicemail because they would rather steal $20 than take the time it takes to correct their poor choices. Tacky people at this tacky store.

My mother and I visited this store in search of Fort Myers sweatshirts. My mother approached a man working there about using the fitting room. This man, who appeared to be around 50 years old, Caucasian, and approximately 6 feet tall with a round body, responded in an incredibly rude manner by saying, "say the magic word." My mother, taken aback by his rudeness, replied with confusion, asking, "um, what?" It was clear that she was shocked by his disrespectful tone. Instead of addressing her concerns, he proceeded to insult my mother and forcefully grabbed her clothing items from her hands. He then proceeded to yell at us, demanding that we leave the store. After enduring two minutes of his verbal abuse, we decided to exit the store. As we were leaving, a young cashier woman at the front of the store called my mother a very inappropriate word, despite not being present during the incident and having no knowledge of the situation. I am utterly disgusted by the "service" my mother received today. She is a 60-year-old woman who was screamed at for no reason by a man twice her size. This experience has left me feeling appalled, I don’t know if that man was the owner but we will never set foot in that store again.

I give this place 0 stars...we decided to check this store out while visiting Fort Myers Florida and my grandson was excited about a ball..he bounced it twice because he was so excited and the store owner rudely walked up to him and snatched the ball right out of his hand with no warning what so ever....my grandson is 4..I get that the owner was watching out for his merchandise but there was NOTHING in that store we couldn't pay for it it was broken by his ball...mind u most of fort myers stores r damaged and closed down from Hurricane Ian...so there wasn't much to shop at there...needles to say all 10 of us dropped what we planned to buy and left with my grandson in tears...shame on u (store owner/employee) u should b ashamed of yourself and I hope that store goes under and loses business from this post....I said what said...heartless man works there.....💔😏
