There are so many boxes of shoes piled in the floor on every single isle of this store that you cant even walk around to shop!. I walked in with my daughter to get her some pageant shoes and before we even passed the first isle she tripped on all the boxes in the floor and busted both her knees. It's ridiculous that there is so much mess. I'm assuming they expect you to dig through what's on the floor to find what you need. Something needs to be done about the state of this store.

They couldn't find the other shoe for my daughter, until after we left the store. As they keep only 1 shoe in box to prevent theft... and then, I was only in there 2 weeks ago and misplaced receipt and was denied an even exchange on a pair of shoes... You'd think after u spend over $100 on shoes there'd b an even better experience when you're looking to make a return. Way to get a repeat sale....

Nobody acknowledged I had even walked in the store. No greeting or anything. Store was a disaster. I found a pair of shoes I liked. There were 3 pairs all the same. 1 pair had a sale sticker attached. I even checked to make sure someone hadn't pulled it off another shoe box and attached to this box. Took them to the counter and cashier rang me up and told me they were not on sale that it was a mistake and asked me to pay full price. I refused to pay the retail price. When I asked why a sale sticker was placed on the box the cashier told me they went off sale over a month ago. She wasn't nice about it either. How about going through and checking the inventory every once in awhile so issues like this don't happen in the future. Because of the attitudes and poor customer service, I went across the street and bought a pair of shoes from Hibbett Sports.

I called this store after 5pm looking for specific kind of boots for my toddlers (that weren't in stock in our surrounding area) and the sales woman said they had the two sizes we were looking for and they was fully stocked. I then asked her what time do they close and she said 8pm (even though the website said 9pm) so I told the sales woman that we were coming from Montgomery to get the boots. Myself, my three year old toddlers, and their dad drive over an hour to come purchase the boots arriving at 7:35pm to see that they have already closed!! This is the most unprofessional situation I have ever dealt with!! It was a waste of time and money!! I will be calling corporate Monday morning because this is unacceptable !!

Yes, the manager at this store is very rude and when asked why a bag that's the exact same but different colors was $2.00 more she said that pink cost more than black and that's that...and when I went to check out she said to move over so she could check out the other customers!! Rude and disrespectful! Will never shop there again and I will make sure to let others know as well.

Easy to navigate through the store. Lots of choices for the whole family. Most of all, a staff that is on their game. Store is always clean, and staff is always friendly and helpful!
