I visited the store for the first time 11/25/2023. Less than a minute in the store I noticed a woman standing in the middle of the store with her phone taking a picture of me, so I moved away and she moved down a took another picture and went to the back room of the store. She came back out with her phone up and was taking another picture. I walked away and I told the person with me, that women is acting weird and the person said, yes she is standing right behind you taking a picture, so I turned around as the woman was trying to hurry away to the back of the store and again and I said twice, excuse me ma’am are you taking pictures of me and she said yes it’s for our kicker ( whatever that means) and I told her that I would like to be asked for permission before do so and she just walked to the back and stared at me. I went to the counter and told the woman there what happened and she just looked at me with a smirk and said it’s for our kicker. The woman that had been following me around taking my picture just stood at the back staring at me. I told the woman at the counter that I was uncomfortable and she said I’m sorry but they never gave me a explanation as to why I was targeted and never explained what was a kicker. I immediately left the store without having time to look around nor make a purchase. I called the customer service of Shoe Show and made a complaint and the said that they had never heard of such and then I reached out to another out of town Shoe Show and they had never heard of such. I called back to the store that I had been in and a guy answered the phone and said he had just gotten to work and was not familiar with such. The woman at the counter had said before I left that the woman was her helper. I left my name and number with the 1-800 customer service but no one reached back out to me. That was my first and last time go to the Pine Bluff Shoe Show at Jefferson Square.

I LOVE THIS STORE!!! I have very small feet for a woman!!! Sometimes I can go to the little girls dept and find my size!!! If not, the girls there are very, very, friendly, helpful, and know their stuff!!! They'll order the size I need and have it, delivered to the store for pick up, in like 3 days, or mailed to your home!!! I picked mine up, so not sure how long it takes to your home!!!
