I am new to the area & I have the hardest time finding shoes with support but also look fashionable. I went into Shoooz and was greeted by Debbie who listened to my needs & took the time to keep trying different shoes for me to try on. I felt like a princess with the way she showed so much care towards me. It took me a very long time & Debbie had the patience of a saint.

We were here on a Saturday a little before 5pm, google says they close at 6. A couple walked inside just before us and an employee locked the door behind them. We knocked and waved but the staff ignored us. We could see multiple other patrons inside. We then called on the phone and asked if they were open and were told yes. I assume it was because we had children with us. Will not return.

Amazing 5 star Customer Service!!! So rare to find that these days. I purchased a pair of dream waves online and discovered I possibly needed a bigger size. I reached out via e-mail to see if I could exchange them and to my pleasant surprise my e-mail was answered that evening and a new size was on its way to me the very next day! I was told to keep the first size before I returned to make sure I was happy with my new size. Wow!!! Thank you!! Really really appreciate it! Will certainly be a return customer in the future 😊
