Great collection of shoes but service was horrible. They don’t great on entrance, assumed we wasn’t going to buy anything I guess. Even after my lady pause and said they don’t speak, they went right back to talking among themselves as we walk around. Crazy part is I was going to buy 3 pairs I been looking for for months. I see why people shop online. Customer service is dead. I wish the store luck. I’ll pass by in a year and see if they still around.

Absolutely love this store!! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They’re not pushy and give you time to shop peacefully. Great prices with a ton of different styles that are hard to find. I was able to get peace of mind knowing I’m getting authentic Jordan’s at the best deal without having to take a risk ordering online, definitely shopping here again!

Very respondent and chill staff. Visited the store a couple times and called in today to see if they did trade ins. No attitude and everything is advertised properly. Don't believe the fake rating since one idiot who doesn't read store policy decided to get his entire family to post negative reviews. This store is great and the staff are excellent, and the shoe selection is remarkable!

Amazing staff, clean store and creative floor layout. all of you people complaining about shoe prices need a reality check because that's how this industry really works. You people need to appreciate this business' plan and truly see it as a blessing that we get to see all of these sneakers in person rather than through online listings. All you ATL sneaker-heads need to look back and remember a time when we had no local stores. ShowRoom really spices up north point and is a reason to visit. 🤞🏼
