Kind and helpful staff. I needed to rent a tuxedo for an event and called in. They were able to see me same day for measurements and checked that the sizing was correct two days later when it came in. They were prompt about calling me and letting me know when everything was available for pickup.

Honestly I am supper disappointed with the overall experience. The overall customer service was almost non existent, I am going to be in a wedding later this year and wanted to see what they had to offer. When I gave the lady the basics of what I had in mind, she informed me that due to prom season and the color it would be close to impossible to find. I told her I was open to different styles and she didn’t seem too eager to help. Another party walked in, and we told her that if she needed to help someone else, we can look around for a bit. She stood there and planned an event. Didn’t even check in to see if everything was going good. She didn’t even stop to say good bye as we were walking out. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Good thing I wasn’t a secret shopper

I went to look for my dress and the place was very dingy and dark. The lady that was helping us out while we where there was not very helpful. When we asked her to help us figure out my size she did not help us and then when none of the dresses where fitting me the sales lady told me “they don’t make dresses for our size”. Not only did they make me feel self conscious about my body she also made many commands about my babies who was being talkative but not yelling. Very bad experience and would not go back!

I want to thank the manager and staff at Sierra Bridal and Balloons for for helping me find a Fairly Godmother costume for my grandsons 9th birthday party. The dress ( rental) was beautiful and reasonable with free cleaning included. The ladies were helpful and as excited as I was with my costume.

So friendly and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised how inexpensive my fiance's suit is to buy. Also Julia, the owner, hooked me up with a seamstress who is wonderful and we got to have both our fittings at the store. Would reccomend!

If you want a place that truly cares about the customer this place is the real deal! I got invited short notice to a wedding. I called up to get measurements for a suit that wouldn't be through them, and nonetheless, not only did they take me, they took me on Labor Day weekend at peak hours, and gave me the measurements for free!!

Can't recommend these guys enough for their customer service!!
