Thomas Butler and his team are really nice and attentive. They helped us buy a used Corvette and during the visit had a lot of patience with us and the process. He offered us drinks and kept us comfortable. Preston, who helped us with the paper work, explained what we were signing and was very transparent. Tony was also very nice. I called to find out if they could change a thermostat and sensor, I had previously had a quote from a different dealership, and it was too expensive. My friend has been bringing her car to your dealership for services since she bought it in 2020, and has always been happy. I spoke to Aaron, and he said sure, let me check on the parts, and then my friend and my husband were able to bring the car in at the same time, and get 1 loaner car. Thank you for excellent service and attention to this matter.

Accompanied a friend who purchased a Trax from Alexis Gallagher at this dealership. Alexis was patient and kind, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Roberto in finance was very nice as well. When I need a Chevy, I know where to go!

A few months later I needed to replace my EV and the dog insisted I get a black Equinox EV. Alexis took good care of us as expected and put together a killer 2 year lease with the owner Scott Silveira so I can haul dogs, dog food, and dog toys. This time Preston did the finance work and was completely transparent and got me some well-advised lease protection in case the car comes back with damage, worn out tires, or keys missing. Thanks again to the team there, all nice folks, especially Alexis!

Honest, friendly, trustworthy and helpful are not typically adjectives I would use to describe a car dealership but Alexis and the team at Silveira absolutely are those things. An outstanding experience from start to finish and I did not once feel like I was being pushed or pressured into buying. They made good on price, went out of their way to make it happen and were genuine.

A++++, I would HIGHLY recommend dealership any day of the week.

For the service department. Mostly nice people but very pricey. Charged me for an alignment (that I didn’t request) on badly worn tires (which I already knew about). Left the inside of my car dirty with oil prints, dirty paper mat, and shedding steel wool in my passenger seat. 🙁 I don’t recommend.
