The photos are misleading—this outlet mall is much smaller than expected, with cramped walkways, limited restroom facilities, and an overall dated appearance.

The stores are compact, and the layout is poorly designed, resembling a zigzag pattern. There’s a noticeable lack of food, drink options, and other amenities that typically enhance an outlet shopping experience.

Overall, it was a disappointing visit.

This is an excellent Outlet shopping mall and we were able to find a number of great bargains in the stores here. There is good representation of many brands and the shopping is spacious with lots of variety. It is a nice setting with a holiday vibe about it. It is easy to spend a day or more exploring this area.

Nice outlet, nothing special. Good spread of did and nice to have the food established. We only visited a few stores but the selection of items in all was good. There was plenty of parking but it wasn't very busy when we were there on a Friday morning.

Was very disappointed at Sax store. Was very light on product and were very few items that took my interest. White and Black Market was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful. They had many items that I liked. I was helped find everything I needed and was given different sizes to items that didn't fit very quickly. Store was very clean and staff was very friendly. Under Armor had a great sale. Was busier than the other stores. They were still able to find the last shirt in the back we wanted, which was a great surprise. Staff was all friendly and we purchased more than we intended due to the great sale they had. We went into many other stores but those were the best and worst store I wanted to point out. Had no trouble finding parking. Lot was clean. Wish we would've had more time to eat there.

Silver Sands Premium Outlets is a shopper’s paradise in Destin! With a huge selection of brand-name stores, you can find amazing deals on everything from clothing and shoes to accessories, home goods, and more.

The outlet is well laid out and easy to navigate, with plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and a nice variety of food and snack options for when you need a break. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly, and the deals make it worth the trip every time.

Whether you’re bargain hunting, doing back-to-school shopping, or just treating yourself, Silver Sands has something for everyone. Definitely one of the best shopping spots in the area. Highly recommend!

This was a neat outlets but I am very disappointed in some of the stores. Some of them had great deals, while some of them just took advantage of the name outlet but had no cheaper prices than their normal stores.
The playground area was amazing but I wish they had more bathrooms available. It was hard to have to run my 4 year old to the bathroom twice.

Definitely needs to have some repairs. There are several stores with funnels rigged up inside because the roof leaks.

We only came to let the kids play on the playground till Buffalo jacks opened up. Nice playground, had a big kids and a small kid section. The furniture was nice quality. Was a woven outdoor patio furniture type instead of hard benches like places usually have thwy had umbrellas for sun and rain protection. I didn't walk around and see what all stores were around but from what I I see they have a big variety to choose from. Only issue I have is the mask mandate at the playground. I don't think it's a good idea to make kids who are trying to run around and play wear a breathing hindering mask. For that I knock down the rating to a 4. After that the issue is the maintenance. It needs a real clean up for a more appealing look. Cigarette butts with trash and palm fronds and pine needles. Down to a 3.
