They have great apparel but poor customer service. I love when they have side walk sales and when the camper and hunting apparel are on sale. Sometimes you can get awesome value for your buck. Give them a try this fall/ winter.

Let me tell you a great story and why this organization is so wonderful. I went online and ordered some ammo, was too quick to click and did not figure it out till the next day. One email to the Simmons team and even though it was 100% my fault, they fixed it right away, credited my card and shipped me the correct order.
If only every company cared as much.
You guys are terrific.

1st time visiting Simmons. After purchasing a riffle and getting a scope, I was able to meet RAY, let me tell you, Ray installed my scope and had so much information about the products, it helped me make the right choice. It was like a honor to be able to speak with him during the installations of my new scope, he helped with the bullets to use and also the case and the sling. I would have given 5 stars, but the gun salesman's wasn't too friendly and kind to us.

Awful as hell nasty attitudes!!!! This one man was so rude hella rude because I called and asked a friend a question about a pistol I wanted to purchase he told me he can’t sell it to me because that’s straw buying or something like that….. all because my friend said yes get that one he refused to sell the gun to me telling me I’m buying it for my friend when I’ve been there before and purchased a gun with someone standing next to me saying yes get that one and even touched it to see how it felt that guy definitely messed up business with me… keep in mind IM A BLACK FEMALE yeah I know how that goes!!!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!

I was in there looking for 300 blackout ammo I asked one of the workers where was the ammo located he showed me so I picked up some cheap ones and a good brand one and walked towards the checkout on the way to the checked I put one of the boxes on a table because I decided to just keep the good brand ammo so I checked out and on the way out the door the dude ask me where the other box at so that let me know he was watching me around the whole store to see if I was going to steal something so I told him I put them down on a table in there and I pointed where I had left them at I don’t know if it’s because I’m a young black men or people who look like me always stealing out of there but I was racially profiled and want be shopping there no more
