OH MY GOODNESS!! What a wonderful blessed experience I had with Miss Gertrude today she showed me and explained everything about clearance shirts to different products we even talked about some life events she is such a wonderful sales lady knowledgeable retail specialist with such a humble personality she put a smile on everyone's face that she meets. Stop by this morning on our way back to Panama City and the sales associate I believe her name was Gertrude, was the the nicest sales associate I have ever met. Will be stopping by every time we pass through.

Went in today on April 3, 2021. The manager was the rudest customer service worker I have ever encountered. She received a phone call of a customer wanting information on the sales. The manager stated rudely, "same sale we always have", and then hung up the phone.

There were no one else in the store at the time except my family, and we were having a discussion when she yelled at us like we were children. She yelled at us to stand in a single file line.

Then I asked her if she could help me get a shirt off the top rack, and she said "yeah.." and rolled her eyes at me.

She was also was very rude to another worker for not scanning a coupon correctly. She went on to say how she only had half a shift left to make it through. Very rude and not customer friendly at all. I will never shop here again.

Update your hours! Workers stared at me as I tried walking in at 10:45am. Website says you open at 10. They could have provided an explanation but instead they just stared at me as I was confused. Will not be shopping here after all!

I went in today and didn’t realize we wasn’t allowed to touch anything. I picked up a folded shirt to look at what it said and after I neatly folded it back a lady that worked there snatched the shirt and threw it in a pile. She acted as if she was angry. Afterwards, I walked out in tears. My grandma was with me and insisted we go back so she can look around some more and I begrudgingly agreed. We were never asked if we needed any help or even greeted. Whereas, others were greeted and helped. I don’t know if it was because I look a certain way or not, but I was so embarrassed and ashamed. I will never shop here ever again. (Btw I had sanitized my hands before entering the store)
