This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They list items as in stock when in reality they do not have any in stock. They Say they will give you a refund but never do. Scammers, liars and thieves.

Since Honda is getting out of the lawnmower business, I wanted to buy a few parts just to have them around in the event I needed them.

I've got to say that Single Cylinder Repair had the bag for my mower in stock and they shipped it within a few hours of my order. It arrived quickly and was in new condition (as shown on their site).

I only wish I lived closer to take advantage of their business as a local. A+ service.

Close to home, there results are seen in there yard when you enter In. The finished work tags are placed on each piece of equipment that has been completed. And that's good to know when you have tools that need to be repaired, and in a timely manner. They do great!!!!! Work and are very friendly and helpful. And are also extremely knowledgeable about all tools that they deal with. That's comforting and reassuring.

Fair selection of tree working tools. Too bad they don't do better here. Teriffic selection of Stihl tools. I'm displeased with their machine shop communication skills. I asked them to fix an old saw. They charged me $400 for a new carb. Such a waste. Be sure to ask them for a estimate first. In my case I spent $400 and the saw only lasted 6 months until it died. Would have rather just bought a new one.

I placed an order to be shipped to texas, when i placed the order i never got a confirmation it was due to technical issue, but this guys have one guy that has exceptional customer service, after a few days of no contact, i called (i thought i was scammed), the gave my order and tracking number i was able to confirm purchase and eta!!!!

I was pleased to know that it was real place and great communication from the owner i believe.
