Absolutely great experience with this company. I had to have several things replaced on my pool equipment. The technician Brantley that handles my service call was outstanding. Answered all my questions explained everything he was doing and had a great attitude. I might add it was raining on and off and he still showed up and did an amazing job. Thank you Sink or Swim for getting me up and going. I highly recommend giving them a call for your pool needs.

Wasn't impressed with their small amount of supplies for spas. Found a different place that has a huge amount of supplies. I will not return to this place. Their not really friendly.

They are always helpful, I’ve learned how to do all maintenance with my pool from stopping by and chatting for a few minutes. I never feel pressured to buy services or products. My pool has never been better.

Originally they were going to repair a leaky pump. The day before they were to arrive they informed me that they did not have the proper gasket and had to reschedule. In the meantime I asked them to replace it with a new pump. Which was done. When I received the bill it had the wrong city and county tax calculated. I paid the cost of the pump, labor, and state tax and have asked twice for an updated bill for the correct amounts. In the meantime the pump is now leaking and they refuse to fix it because I refuse to pay for Searcy city tax and White County. I am in Pulaski county. Very disappointed.

I have used Melissa and her crew for over 13. I could not expect any better service. There have been years when rain was a problem and her team managed to keep the water fresh, clear and clean. They were quick to respond with solutions when I had pump and filter problems.
