It is 3:45 PM on a Sunday, November 17th

When you enter the space, you can’t hear the counter person speak because the music is so damn loud. It was full of bass and percussion.

There were no customers in this place.

They would not make or serve any drip coffee because they were going to close in an hour and 15 minutes.

The only coffee they were serving was Americano. I asked where the beans were from and I was told they were medium roast. ?

I asked the barista for a pour over. She did not know what that was. I had to explain it.

I drove out of my way to come here because on their menu, they had a picture of a coffee cup with the words brewed coffee. I did not want any soccer mom drinks as I drove to Las Vegas. I wanted real coffee.

The attitude was also a typical SNL coffee shop employee attitude. Not willing to go above and beyond to help the customer and there certainly wasn’t any any smile or hospitality.

A successful chain is built on the small things. Interesting that this location has a four-point star rating out of 81 reviews.

I won’t be checking out their other location somewhere in the desert on the way back to Palm Springs.

Went at around 8 AM on 12/20 while passing thru and the atmosphere was great. No one in line, and the wait was short. Just one person there named Chrissy who made our drinks well. Will be coming back

I always stop at this location on my way to Sacramento from the desert. Service is good and their associates are kind. Food/drinks are good too. Chrissy is the best!

Love the coffee and breakfast foods here! The shop itself is so cute and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Chris was especially helpful and gave me guidance picking a drink. They’re very professional and have a bubbly personality! Highly recommend!

This is a decent spot for a quick bite and drinks in a pinch.

We stopped here for a snack on our drive to Joshua Tree and picked it based on some images showing some random taxidermy in the interior design of the space. We were unfortunately disappointed by an interior that very much a standard fast dining experience. There was even a Subway if you have a desire for a quick sandwich an a chance to be bathed in that distinctive Subway aroma.

So I always get a jalepeno sausage, egg batter with cream cheese. But lately my husband has been ordering for me and bringing it to work and something or someone has changed. When the girls used to do my order it always canes out perfect and cut in the middle. The first time my hubby went and got it they didn’t have cream cheese, the bagel was overcooked like burnt. And then the same thing happened today. No cream cheese, baby and hard. Making me Not want to go here anymore ?. Please get it together. Thank you

Stopped her to chill on a work trip. Shares a space with Subway. The atmosphere was laid back for working in, background music was great. Got a Spanish latte and a strawberry smoothie. Both were excellent and average priced.
