I was buying 3 pairs of shoes. The manager woman comes over to me and tells me to move the shoes out of the way. I told her that I was just trying them one last time before I bought them but she didn’t care. She just wanted me to move. I told her that I was going to buy them and leave. Again this was not good enough for her. She told me to move again and there was no one in line! I asked her to stop bothering me and that I was going to leave. I picked up the shoes and took them to the counter. I asked the girl there to check me out. I asked her where the trash can was and she said it was outside. I looked on the other side of the store and there was a trash can there. I brought it over to where I was trying on the shoes to throw the trash away. I don’t keep the shoe boxes and the stuff inside. The manager woman confronts me again and tells me not to do that. She gets angry and takes the trash can away from me before I can throw out the boxes in the trash. The security guard comes over and asks me if I would like him to throw the boxes away first me. I said yes and I thanked him for being the only helpful person in the store. The shoes were $280 with tax. This is not an outlet store. The prices are high and the help is awful or non existent. Stay away from here unless you like being hassled for paying too much for shoes

Overall, it was a good experience. Wide variety. I got the Slipons. The only thing was that an employee asked me to use a bench to try on shoes instead of where I found the shoes. I spent over $230 there. I felt like it should've been more like, "Next time, can you use the bench?" She made me stop while I was barefoot and move.

Good place to find quality sneakers at good prices. Large inventory. Only issue is finding the store's driveway, there isn't much signage and the parking lot driveway is really close to the freeway entrance....easy to miss, keep your eyes open and bring a friend.

Drove here from another city. Google, their website, and the *front*door* all say opens at 10 am. After waiting, calling, and knocking, someone finally comes to the door to tell us they don’t open until 11. Telling her that all store information says 10 made no difference. At my suggestion that she at least put up a sign with the correct time, she reluctantly removed the incorrect sign from the door. All 4 customers waiting outside left. At least the security guard waiting outside finally got to go in. Second star is for the fact that our previous visits have been ok.

Why can't we give less than one star..like the other reviewer I had similar experience today.i was buying 6 pairs so the shoes were around me , this lady employee (not sure manager) Kept giving attitude saying keep the shoes this side /that side when there were not to many customers in the store. Well it didn't stop there, I was at counter and wanted to check more shoes, this lady suggested to take care of my stuff and kept it under her counter, when i came back the other lady employee has no idea where they kept my stuff and the other employee came back but refused to accept that she helped me earlier. They didn't know where my stuff was and then they were hesitate to ring the other two pair , I was so furious I walked out buying nothing. They didn't care they lost the business and were smiling while I was leaving. I tried calling the store to complain..the same lady picked up the phone and said she is the manager and she was the one who treated me that way.I am amazed my the audacity of her accepting they treat customers this way. I highly doubt she is the manager as I thought managers don't work on Sundays anyways these young kids doesn't care of Sketchers Brand and loyal customers. Shame on Sketchers to hire such unprofessional staff.

It's a cool store with lots of shoes available, but the workers here are rude the store closes at 8pm and I came in at 7:30 pm and one of the workers tells me they close in 20, I looked at my watch and I say 30 right? She says nope close in 20. I didn't know they make up the time they close. In that case change the sign to close at 7:50pm.. Lazy workers..
