My elderly mother was parked outside of your smoke shop while I went in a young lady who was extremely rude to me very ill about the situation going outside with the gentleman soliciting in front of their shop. I questioned her about it and she said she didn't care and when nothing to do with it. Not to mention, they followed my mother to my car, which I was driving. We had it right outside of Walmart. I then told her that she needed to speak to the gentleman out there who smelled like weed trying to solicit and harass my mother, and I like I said my mother's elderly she didn't need the stress. She almost had to go to the hospital for a panic attack. It is unacceptable that your coworkers are not taking responsibility or you are not as an owner. Pictures have been documented videos have been saved, and also voice recordings of when I went in there on how I was treated below, I will post a photo of what these gentlemen look like and you want nothing to do with helping out a senior citizen. This place should be shut down! We just came from the Arnold Palmer invitational and this is a disgrace! As two women we felt like our life was threatened. This place needs to be shut down for not just only their poor customer service, but their lack of attention to their business.

Got sold the wrong product and only noticed once it was in my hands. But by then it was too late. Instead of swapping it out for the right box they tried to give me $2 store credit for something they just charged me $20 for. Plus, some of their merch is almost double the price online. You're wasting your money one way or another here. There are 4 other smoke shops in the area that are more fair.
