I was nervous going in to look at mattresses but Shannon immediately made me and my husband feel comfortable. She was very honest and informative and we felt no pressure while looking. They did not have the bed we wanted to test out but she referred us to their location in Guntersville and we found what we wanted with the help of Laura. They were both great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mattress.

Shannon was AMAZING! She knows everything there is to know about anything in that store. She knows the history that goes with the artistry of the mattresses and the importance of it. Shannon at the Sleep Outfitters guided my husband and I to the perfect mattress and base! We told her our issues, nesting, back pain, and a need for a good quality mattress. She was honest and was conscious about our budget. So we went for quality and so far it's been great! She helped us troubleshoot our base and got us taken care of in a timely matter and got the issue resolved! She was kind and took the time to follow up with us on our experience with our new mattress and base! If you're fed up with your lumpy mattress I highly recommend trying this place out!
