I shop here often. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I needed a prescription filled right away since I live over 50 miles out of town, and they moved it up so I wouldn't have to make a special trip back to town to get it. That was very appreciated!

I shop at this store weekly and greatly appreciate it and it’s employees, but I just want to say I hate the produce section, it’s like the gestapo when trying to get produce with employees working there staring you down or mad when your getting product off the shelf like they don’t want you to ruin what they put out, isn’t it there to buy Then half the time no bags or ties out to put stuff in, but mostly sick of the manager always rude and running around like she has so much to do but no time for customer service, asked her if she had any more avocados available of which she said no when I walked away a few steps there they were on an end cap location. Please be better to your customers in produce, the product is there to move not sit on so you can have a nice display.

So odd walking into this place. I couldn't tell the employees apart from the customers because they were dressed the same. Apparently I'm not the only one, because, as I was leaving the restroom, a lady asked if I worked there. I was wearing a baggy green hoodie, sandals and black biker shorts...
I only went in there to use the restroom and get animal crackers for my daughter. Unfortunately, when i opened the bag (immediately when i got to the car bc we were road tripping), they were all melted together. My daughter was super disappointed

Smith’s pharmacy mislabeled prescription bottles they gave me 180 pills of amlodipine in a allopurinol prescription. You think the pharmacist would pay more attention and get the right pills in the right bottle. This is crazy.

Usually shop here for it's accessibility but only having one accessible stall available and closing it over not wanting to clean it is unacceptable.
Asked for help to be able to use the other accessible restroom and received no help.

There is an employee here I believe her name is Anastasia who consistently goes above and beyond! She always is moving with urgency and efficiency and makes our trips to smiths so much better.

It's accessible, relatively clean and not as busy if you can ignore the workers that scream at you because they think you are their employee or the young guys who think they are gangsters that will bully you over disabilities. That and paying a dollar to two more for the same brand of soup as Walmart next door.
