Incredible customer service. Sarah, the Manager was impressive! She was attentive, professional, and very helpful without any sense of being pushy. This is not only the most beautiful store but the people working there couldnt have been kinder or more helpful.This store is a joy to experience. Lovely bright fun resort wear at it's finest. Caroline is an expert at picking the right thing and Susan is charming as well. Can't say enough good things but the heart is truly these 2 lovely ladies. They have a style and grace that is a rarity in today's world. I was sad picking out a dress for my moms celebration of life but they helped me in the kindest way possible. Caroline knew exactly what to do. A diamond in today's world!

I used to love this store and spent lots of $$$ there. However last several visits the store seems to be full of Mary Marshmallow line, in fact it seems like the store could be renamed that because there's so much of it. I'm not a fan and found little else to console myself with. Please ST, ease up MM and go back to your more varied merchandise.

I went to this store in Delray Beach based on a tunic a woman was wearing at a cocktail party in Palm Beach---and I was so happy I did. I live in NYC and am a former Vogue Editor, and can tell you this store is so well merchandised with well priced items and perfect clothing and accessories (and shoes) for Florida that you can get yourself outfitted here, head to toe, without breaking the bank. It is a fabulous store with great merch and should be a destination every woman heads to in this vicinity. Run, don't walk, to the Snappy Turtle--you'll be happy you did!

Just one word: overpriced. They have nice things but it’s so much of the same that it gets overwhelming. If you need a flowery dress and want to spend a lot of money then this is the place for you since that’s basically what they sell. I’m giving it 3 stars because it has the convenience of having free parking in the back and the ladies working there were really nice.
