I visited this store today. While shopping, I noticed that the music was very loud. As I listened more, I could hear that the music that was being played was vulgar and repulsive. I spoke with one young man, who was folding clothes, about the music. I asked if the employees were allowed to play that kind of music in the store. He told me that, “he was not in control of the music”. I spoke with another young man and asked him the same question. He stated that he was not aware of the music that was playing because he had his earbuds in. He stated that they are not allowed to play vulgar, unprofessional music in the store and that the station should be set on Pandora at all times. He apologized and changed the station. I completed my purchase and left the store. I circled back to the store in less than five minutes and the music was back up loud and the music that was playing was the same music that I had just complained about. The young man that apologized saw me return to store and walked over and changed the station. I guess he really was aware of what was being played. This was my first and last time shopping at this store. I prefer to shop in professional environments where customers are respected.

Purchased some shoes to wear for work. Came in dressed down and asked the sales rep a question about the sale price of the shoe. I asked " is this the last size available?" I couldn't believe the deal.
The sales representative was clearly annoyed with the question, she rolled her eyes and asked me "why would you ask a question like that!?"

I am a professional and deal with multi millionaire clients. They dont even talk to me that way. Lucky for her I liked the shoes. Unacceptable attitude tho

Are theses employees drug tested? I was in the store this week and I could smell weed so strong. Couldn’t even shop.

They're VERY rude! They NEVER answer the phone because they're always on personal calls on the store phone and when shopping, they don't offer to help because they're always standing around talking and playing!
