Great location because you can walk to so many things. Getting the room keys was a challenge for the hotel and they turn off our keys early on check out day. We went to breakfast early and we're lock out of our room. The room was nice but needs some touch up painting. As soon as you walk in the washer and dryer are rusted. The room and bathroom was clean, but needs painting. Nice hotel and a lot of amenities. Definitely would go again.

Great location, walkable to everything. Building and room were clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice and helpful. The gym and sauna was very nice and clean. And so was the pool and the hot tub. The pool in the hot tub where the perfect temperature. Cannot wait to go back.

Amazing place in the center of everything. A 5 minute walk to the metro. Scores of restaurants and clothing stores right out the door. Two large supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walk(Whole Food and Publix)and a beautiful park very close. Rooms are neat and clean and set up for simple meals. A great value and not to be missed.

Wonderful location in the heart of coconut grove. The front desk service personnel are excellent. The room was large and had a lot of closet and storage space. On some days it took a while for the hot water to come up. Otherwise it was an excellent experience.

My pops and I stayed at Sunset Inn, during the week, while taking my son to college. It’s was great. Nothing fancy. But perfect queen bed and futon for me. A tv that worked and a nice kitchenette. We walked to all the great restaurants around. While staying close to the University. (5 min drive). If you’re looking to keep the costs down and have a comfortable place to lay your head. It’s perfect. Thanks. Will return.

Excellent service, parking was convenient and easy. Room was more than big enough. Kitchen well equipped. Furniture showed its age, but only slightly. Excellent value.

Great location on the waterfront. Pool on the 8th floor with nice views. Host was very friendly and arranged a late check-out which was convenient. Thanks 👍
