I absolutely love my bathing suit I ordered, it is the best quality, very sexy and fits true to size! I had an issue with my postal service not delivering it to me and Randy Was so amazingly gracious! I was able to re-order at the smallest fraction of the price! They have wonderful customer service where you did not have to go through an automated system, and they will give you advice on an order before you buy it to make sure you’re Ordering exactly what you want. It’s been along time since I’ve seen such an excellent customer service and I would recommend the site to everyone!!!! It's Memorial Day, there is a 20% off sale and free shipping, and I could not get my order to go through, on a Holiday Monday. I emailed SoHot and they sent their phone number so I could call them. Not only did they help me put in my order, they actually did the invoicing for me so all I had to do was enter in my credit card info to complete. The gentleman, Jeff, was fabulous, friendly, and solved the issue in less than 10 minutes...on a HOLIDAY.

I was impressed. Great customer service, real people, and nice swimwear from this family business!

Great service. I had a very last minute wardrobe malfunction at 1am in the morning and i called Randy who helped and guided me to the perfect cover up. The romper fits amazingly and I’m very happy with my purchase. Did I mention it was 1am and i had a yacht party by 11am! Again thank you Randy you saved the day.
