This was my first time shopping at Sole Priorities and I was assisted by KeKe (Kiera) was very kind, very lovely, and a beautiful woman. I was given a brief description of the shoes and varieties of what kind of shoes they had in stock. I love how they have a pre owned section. I hope to do business with them later on in the coming year. Great store, highly recommend this place to shop for the best sneakers.

I’m gonna give 2 stars because the guy that did greet me in the store was super friendly but other than that I’m extremely disappointed. I have purchased over 1500.00 worth of shoes from their store via my step son. I won a raffle from finish line when the Unc 4s dropped and my son still had the app account set to 9.5 so when I won the raffle they were the wrong size.. I have kept them in my closet since April of last year and have only taken them out to show people and take pictures of them to see about selling them.. I finally made my mind up to sell them and was told 440 cash over the phone so I drove all the way from South Carolina to actually try and trade them for the Travis scott 6s with some cash of course.. They took my shoes out of the box and told me they would have to list them as lightly worn which isn’t the case at all. Meanwhile they have a pair sitting on the top shelf that looks like someone stepped in a mud puddle and tried to clean the suede on the toe box and they are listed as brand new with a price tag of 500! I’m a business owner as well as my wife and we know how important it is to help support local business over big business but don’t try to take advantage of people. If your trying to sell your shoes take them elsewhere. Also, before you buy anything from them be sure to look closely as they list things brand new that are either totally C grade at best or straight up worn.

The big guy with the tattoos Tedy Was very knowledgeable and showed me different shoe styles that I was not accustomed to. I love my New balances I came in for Jordans, but he was able to show me other shoe models 🙂 Will definitely be back to see him

Zack and all the guys at sole priorities create a great buying, selling, and trading experience for everyone. I drive 50 minutes out of my way to come here and I have never been disappointed.
