Do not use the customization instructions because they do not abide by them and are extremely dismissive about the error on their part. I say it is an error on their part because it seems that other customers also experience this where they put specific measurements in the order and it is not used by the team when constructing pieces. In addition to the patterns found on Google reviews, I found that someone on Reddit posted something about this issue as well. Sadly I did not see this before my purchase, wish I did.

I just lost hundreds of dollars because of it. I specifically put in the notes as instructed in the listing to add specific measurements. I followed up with them and they confirmed to put the measurements in the notes section of the order only to find they did not abide by it. Then I tried to tell them about this issue and they said, “Here’s 40 percent off, go buy a new one.”

If you can't abide by your instructions please do not place them in the listing. It’s a false advertisement and incredibly disappointing as a customer especially when the order amounts to hundreds of dollars. Maybe that's nothing to the company but that's a lot for a customer to lose.

I recently purchased a ready to sell bathing suit from Solstice Intimates after obsessive over their Instagram for awhile… and I honestly love it so much. I was nervous about purchasing something I couldn’t return if it didn’t fit right, but they have a sizing chart you can refer and compare your measurements to. Solstice is simply the best! Take it from someone with over 20 of their pieces…it is well worth the money every time! Each piece is truly unique and they have a very wide variety of styles so they have something for every mood and body type. I have never had a quality or customer service issue in my 4 years of purchasing from them. What started as a fun splurge grew into a beautiful and personalized collection that I adore and thoroughly love! I feel the love that was put into each piece and it feels amazing to wear something knowing it was sewn just for you! I absolutely adore the work of Solstice Intimates. I recently purchased the velvet low rider thong with matching velvet triangle bralette. Quality is great! I saw someone complain about the elastic straps but I think they are a nice quality and complete that retro look. This bralette is indeed a natural support so this is great if you’re looking to show off natural hang. For reference, I’m a 36 natural C, with a 30” waist and 40” hips. Size M top and bottom were perfect! Size L top was too baggy on my breasts. Their customer service is excellent too. Big thanks!!

I ordered from Solstice nearly a year ago, so this review is long overdue. I ordered Astra after closely examining the photos...it was beautiful! However, when I received the items, I was a little disappointed in the quality. I have yet to actually utilize the set because the sequins have fallen off all over the place, even though I've only worn it to try it on. I'm really bummed that I'll never get to show this set off, just because the sequins end up sticking and hiding everywhere in my bedding and carpet. I don't think I'll order again, unfortunately.

I thought when viewing the models that most items were cut very haphazardly doing no justice to the bodies of the girls. Looked very amateurish. Dont see the 'vintage' aspect. I think a 14yrd old with some garish fabric from a cheap end roll from wallmart sewing department and rough cutting a item from scratch could do better!. Wish and temu has better (and it hurts to say that, plus a quarter of the price) ugh

Cute stuff but the sizing is literally insane. I'm not tiny, I usually wear a medium or large. In their sizing I wear their largest size a 3X!!!!! In the shorts I bought, and they were SNUG! I've never shopped in a plus size section before. So don't pride yourself on inclusive sizing when it seems you just change the labels to look better ?

The problem is not that the items don’t match the size chart. The problem is the size chart. If it says 3x but fits like a med/large and that’s “accurate” to you, that’s not really inclusive.
