This is the worst sonic I have been to. I was reving about a different sonic and the smash burger to my husband just to get a regular burger with the smash sauce, cold af. Then my pickle fries looked like they had been there all day and were coming apart and stringy my tots were cold as well.. only good thing was the coke and the slush. Completely disappointed .. waste of my 32 dollars... Dont recommend this sonic in Zephyrhills Florida.. save your money.. oh and the staff didn't know anything about the menu or where there ere going with the orders of others either... long wait time for this 🤦‍♀️😡🤦‍♀️

Absolutely the worst meal I've ever had. Milkshake wasn't mixed up. All watery at the bottom. Those pickle frys they call them are wimpy wet noodle things. And the burger. Well it was just ok. The price was like 4 bucks cheaper than going to a sit-down restaurant. Lost my business for sure.oh, and let's not forget to mention there is 2 inches either side of your mirrors to to get in. And the card reader isn't working that they provide at the signs.

Food took forever, just to come and be nasty. Mozzarella sticks were cold, chicken tenders were hot, but soggy. Tots were soggy/ smushy as well and fell apart when you try to pick then up. For as long as I waited you'd have thought they would have been top notch. 🙄😒

Ordered 2 sonic blasts. The picture shows everything mixed up. Got the 2 blasts, and everything was on top. 1 cookies and cream and 1 turtle blast. Nothing was mixed. Everything was on top. So after eating the toppings, it was ice cream essentially. It just could have been better.

I think the employees are required to do a double shot of molasses before starting their shift. It took them 20 minutes to prepare my order. Fast food they must be talking about someplace else.

After waiting more than half an hour for our food, when it arrived it was room temperature at best. Cold and dry and terrible. At least six other cars got sick of waiting and left while we were there. Will never go there again.

Never had a "bad" experience with Sonic, except at this location. Took 20 minutes for someone to answer the kiosk thing, and another 45 minutes to get food. All I ordered was a cheeseburger with a side of tots, and the person with me ordered a chili cheese dog with fries. The staff was nice and food came out hot and fresh, but it should not take an HOUR for a cheeseburger and chili cheese dog.

I’m at the Sonic drive-in in North Zephyrhills Florida. We got one poor little girl that’s just running ragged over here trying to keep up with everybody and one girl in the blue shirt that’s standing over there talking to her boyfriend I guess and she’s been there for 11 minutes ever since I’ve been here and I can’t order anything yet. You need a manage over to oversee this business. I couldn’t find a place to leave a review so I’ll just leave it here until I find some other place
