Sometimes it is busy, sometimes it's not. Steady traffic I think. They have a nice variety of looks of the jewelry. That includes the colors, designs & styles. The prices are affordable (a varying number everyday, for the 925 ropes & links by the weight & dollar amount). Everything always looks new!!! It's not an overwhelming store when it comes to the amount of jewelry the store has inside on display for sale. It is well balancedly stocked.

No sales pressure while the staff are still very knowledgeable.

This place does not buy gold, nor will they tell you anywhere in the area who does. So even if you've driven all the way there from another town, don't expect to get any helpful service or information. It seems pretty clear that the only reason that they have this listing under places to sell gold in Sonoma county is because it brings live bodies into their tiny little morbid shop. But when you go in looking to sell gold they're extremely rude to you and say that they have no control over how their listing comes up on Google as a gold buyer which is absolutely false. They don't remove it because it brings people into the store. but then they're rude to those people so it's a confusing situation. Pick a lane Mr. Owner, sir.

Have purchased many items there and had repairs as well. Great quality and friendly service. Yesterday exceeded both when I dropped in for quote on ring sizing and walked out with a solution... for free! It's temporary but I couldn't be happier with the way the issue was handled. Fantastic example of a merchant who understands people/customers. 5 stars isn't enough...

They closed early for an event (understandable) wish that would have been updated on the website or some signage on the store stating that. I really liked a piece in the window and offered to buy it then & there but was told no. Won’t be returning during opening hours to purchase anything.
