Only half the pumps are open and they're held together with duct tape and covered in graffiti.
The pumps that do work haven't had working card readers for at least a year, and they haven't had paper for receipts for at least five years.
Two stars because they have the best prices; four years ago I would have given four out of five.

$2.85 for a soda?!?!?!?!?!?! Tried to leave it on the counter and go but was told I had to buy the soda because they couldn't waste it once I filled it and I should have seen the dinky little sign they had posted on the fountain. I told them I wouldn't be back because of this and was told "well, that is what we charge." This is flat-out highway robbery! NEVER AGAIN! 1-25-20: Saw your reply. I missed your sign so obviously it's NOT CLEARLY VISIBLE. Anyway, that doesn't justify you forcing me to buy that soda. THAT IS ILLEGAL! Refund my debit card at once or I will have charges pressed against you. I will be watching my bank statements and I had better see a credit to my account from your store or else I will take ALL possible legal actions against you! Once again, NO EXCUSE for ripping people off? I should have just set the soda down, walked out the door, and that would have been the end of it. REFUND MY ACCOUNT and I'll remove this review. Don't refund it and I'll make sure your business goes bankrupt.
