I ordered tirzepatide with b12 and was on the 2nd tier as I had started with another company and pharmacy with great results of 18 lb loss. The first week I lost no weight and proceeded to gain weight. I ended up contacting the company I ordered from after using the Tirzepatide w/b12 for 5 weeks and lost nothing. I have no way of proving it but I believe there was no medicine in the vial. Would never order from the again.

Trying to call the pharmacy did not come with the correct directions if there's a phone number that's not busy I'd like to talk to the pharmacist please I've called multiple times I really don't like leaving this but I don't know what else to do

I got compounded Tirzepatide and it works so well! I was skeptical about going the compounded route but I’m so glad I did. They are a wonderful pharmacy! Answer questions and verify the delivery date on the phone with a real person.

I received my order or tirzepatide very quickly , however it does not is as effective as it should be. The first week i got a shot from the dr office it was effective up to about day 5 at 2.5mg I then received my triz from the pharmacy. I even increased my dose to 3.0mg on the start of the second week. It only remained effective barely to 3 day. Huge disappointment.
