Southern Harvest Equipment as a whole is amazing! Thank you to Mark Whitley (owner) for making my first zero turn purchase smooth, quick, but most importantly informative. The staff all had smiles, and though many tasks were being fulfilled, they found a way to always make sure I was taken care of. One of the men who helped me last said “it doesn’t stop here”, and I truly believe that. I know that if I am ever in need, this staff will be present to help. I heard about this place from a friend in Cairo and he highly recommended them. For the last two years I have bought parts from them and once had them work on my zero turn. Every time I got great customer service from them and left with a feeling that they were honest people. I'm taking my mower back over to them today to fix it for me. It's worth the drive from Cairo to me because I know that I'm getting good service.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They were the only Gravely dealer within 150 mile radius that had an HD 48" in stock.
Two texts and an email from Mark and the sale was complete.....Carl and Candy even delivered the mower Saturday afternoon 125 miles to my house in Alabama for less than I could have picked it up myself! Now THAT is customer service!
If you are ever in need of lawn equipment, give Southern Harvest Equipment a shot. You won't regret it!

They lied to me ,stating that my first engine oil and transmission service was free. Plus they would transport. Now they have memory loss. I suggest have them write it down and sign such a statement. I won't be back.

Went there to get parts for a riding lawnmower. The associate at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The store was a little busy because of it being Saturday but I didn’t have to wait very long to be helped. Reasonable prices for parts. Laidback feeling.
