I love this Mall; I moved away from Cutler Bay; but I try to come back sometimes. The Easter Decoration looks beautiful and for Christmas it's always beautiful too. The Shops are good; the Food court is great and I like to shopping around in this Mall

This mall was a dead zone for many many years, but a few stores opening up has given it some life. I have hope for the future of Southland lol. Sky Filled Cookies is a new dessert shop definitely worth visiting

It's a great place to shop with several different shops still open but a lot of vacant ones available. This mall is surprisingly still popular despite all of the shop closures. And it has a very decent movie theater and a school of trade of some sort.

Good variety of stores and food court, renovating in certain areas but a nice kids play area although I don't think they should charge people for children to play. A little expensive on the Santa experience to take pictures but worth it, they came out okay.

I grew up in Miami. I have been going to this mall for over 20 years. It’s smaller and has way less stores but I still managed to find what I was looking for

Just another mall with many empty storefronts. This was a great place in the mid to late 1980's. I don't think they survive another 5 years.
