Great and honest people! I bought a new Kubota lawnmower on the last day it is Sowell tractor but met some of the people from Crystal tractor. I am going to miss it being Sowell but look forward to continuing to do business with a great new company and the same employees. McKenzie was very helpful and patience dealing with me so I give her 5 stars as well.

That was Crystal tractor, they are doing repair on my tractor. 2nd time at shop for same problem. I'm not a happy person.

First off - I did not end up buying a Kubota. For certain reasons (not pertaining to this dealer) I ended up with a different brand that better suited our particular needs. However, Robert was very helpful in the entire shopping process. He answered every question I had, helped me find a trailer and went out of his way to provide exceptional customer service. In the future I will definitely reach back out to consider a Kubota

Overpriced was charged 101.88 for
Parts on my chainsaw that you can buy online for 20.95. Basically carburetor , fuel line , spark plug , and air filter. I understand making a profit but this was little excessive. Your labor rate of 65.00 was more than fair but your parts markup is completely unfair.
