Now I take all this back after finding out how my car started riding they all knew this car was a lemon Chris ,Jose,trey the whole drive time is all scams I’m driving this 2012 car and stuck with this car charge me a $20,000 with Rack opinion lower And upper on both sides control arm problems right now since February 28 of 2018 they don’t want to fix the problems they gave me this fake warrantee that does not cover the gas ⛽️ converter issue that I have also on this car I literally came to these people and cried my eyes out I am a single mom I pray every day that me and my children do not Wreck out I find out that I’m the only insured person that’s on this car they found me the insurance company and told them to put only me knowing I have five children everything that was done was illegal yes I read what I needed to read I gave them 1500 down on this car I’m still making payments now I got it down to $15,000 of $20,000 on a 2012 Chevy Malibu I feel like it’s not fair in they’re laughing at me especially Jose Im a strong believer in Christ and he will fix them trust and believe that god sits high and see very low ...I WILL CONTACT MY LAWYER!!!

DO NOT BUYY HERE!!!!!! Jose the guy who runs that place is a crook do not go there they took my down payment with out getting approval from the finance company to sell me the car let me leave with the car they then took it back because I was unable to make the first payment because the finance company said I didn’t owe them any money so I lost 2k down payment plus the 900 I put down on my ins.. Jose said unless you have proof I did that there’s nothing you can do.. and he’s right but I can let people know he is a rocking crook

My experience here at Shields Automotive Group was absolutely amazing and the professional advice was very helpful to me and my family! Jose was very kind and patient with us making the process super easy! Also Melissa & Jasmine were super helpful throughout the whole process! They were more than happy to help and work around my schedule. Jose takes pride in the cars he sells. Cars are well maintained, mechanically good and you just get an overall excellent car purchasing experience. I recommend this Auto Dealer for anyone who is looking for a good used car!

I don’t normally do reviews, in fact I don’t think I have done more than one or two. But these guys delivered and surprised me. Good guys, good working people and great conversation. Glad I chose to get my Taurus from them and would gladly do business with them again in the future.
