Noor made it very easy and he made a very bad, almost impossible situation very much possible I went in with a really bad credit score and not that much of a high down payment and he was able to get me approved and get me the best deal possible and was very sweet. Perfect place to buy a car. I am a first time buyer with no credit and of course no one wanted me to get approved but THEY DID! They got me approved, helped me, guided me, and I finally got the car I wanted for a great price. Very poor experience. Went down and viewed a car, tried to look it over the best I could and everything looked ok for a used car. We decided to buy the car and picked it up 2 weeks later, after an issue with a part arriving. Started having some running issue with the car within the first week. After digging through the car to diagnose the issue, the problems started to arise. Broken mounts, broken plastics, the “new bumper” already has paint coming off and it was glued onto the car because the mount was broken. Disconnected hoses, incorrectly installed parts, missing lug nut and their add on parts attached with drywall screws. Luckily the car is running well now and all the other issues can be fixed but this was not a good experience and their mechanics are not skilled in their work. Highly recommend against this dealership.

Update: Since I can't respond to your comments, you are correct, I did look over the car but I did not disassemble the car. I didn't wait 2 weeks to say something, I text you when I started having issues with the car. I needed the car, so instead of driving 2 hours to your shop, I diagnosed the problem and found damaged part, after damaged part, that could have been replaced but wasn't to cut rebuild cost on your end. You said it was a brand new bumper, its not. You said it was a new fender, its damaged. I text you asking for help and your response was, I should have just text you? If I was to bring it back, would you replace the bumper and fenders that are damaged? Plus, after seeing the work done by your shop, I was looking for money back so I can get it repaired by someone I trust and you said no. Fair, your business, and I have a right to share my experience.
