It's 3 days before Christmas, and I would just like to note that the staff at my local Spencer's was super helpful and nice to me during my very crowded shopping experience. They we're super patient with me while I was trying to pick my jewelry options and made sure I received the buy two, get to discount. Grateful for them ✨ I wish all stores were this good but no doubt, they were very professional and accommodating.

Staff member at check out had a very smart mouth and rude attitude. I stayed kind and polite the entire time however, the girl treated the customers and coworkers around her awfully.

This is by far my favorite store in Gadsden..BUT I did have one terrible experience and they are highly overpriced.. ? ? one time I wasn’t paying close attention to my money in my excitement over my purchase..(halfway my fault this happened I know) and the cashier pocketed my 100$ bill and then lied about it. I’ve always struggled financially so her taking that from me really sucked… she claimed that the cameras weren’t pointed at the register….and the mall security was no help.

Hotspot for Maskers and Karen’s . Only place in the mall they’ll kick you out for not wearing a mask just so they can sit around as long as they can and do nothing
