Prices were REALLY HIGH, only thing worth buying at this location would be makeup (they had a large collection) or costume accessories. Outfits, wigs, and definitely decorations were overpriced or out if stock.

I purchased items for our character parade at school and they had very limited stock so before I checked out I asked the cashier if I could return them if they didn’t fit and she said yes as long as it was before 11 pm. So I returned 1 hour later because the item didn’t fit and she refused to take the return stating she said they only accept exchanges. When I pointed out that she never said that during our first interaction she was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I was very clear in my wording because of situations like this and the cashier was extremely unprofessional. No one probably cares but what a terrible experience.

Writing this solely to suggest the Deland location turns down their music volume because I genuinely have to YELL to hear someone I'm standing directly next to. I'm not exagerrating, it's ridiculously loud, especially in the right hand corner of the store toward the entrance. Otherwise spirit is cool and all, has decent stuff !

I went in at 5:44 p.m. and about two hair color sprays. Had to come back and return one of them not because it was defective but because I got the same color and another place for cheaper price and the girl who helped me cashier number 3305751 was generally helpful but her supervisor or the one who authorized the refund was full of attitude without her saying anything just your facial expressions this is at all

I had a great time at this store they have tons of Halloween things to choose from and the customer service is awesome!!! I want to give a special shout out to one of there employees Kylie she helped me find the perfect costume for my kid
