Every time I shop at Publix they are out of 3-5 items that I specifically wanted.(Usually sale items) I use Lyft, so it costs $20-$25 round trip. Makes it less than cost effective to go back when they get the items in stock. We've been shopping here for 7 mo's, and it's always the same. We shopped at 2 Publix stores in Hollywood FL for 25 years and rarely had this problem. The up side is that the staff here is much nicer, and always eager to help.

Love all Publix supermarkets, always clean, bright, friendly staff. I recommend they continue to remain fully staffed to maintain short lines and wait time in the deli. Keep hot food and bakery sections fully stocked.

I love that this is only 3 miles from home but is stocked like it's right In the middle of town. Staff is always willing to help when asked. Just wish the older manager was somewhere else.

This Publix is always a highlight of my visits to Winter Haven. The food is always hot and fresh at the deli. Employees are exceptional. The grounds are well kept. There are beautiful trees throughout the parking lot not to mention a beautiful partial view of the lake.
