Just left this store and I have to admit your Employee Samantha was one of the nicest sales person my daughter and I have ever met . She is an asset to that store and deserves a huge raise if all of your employees were has customer oriented has she is you would be on the top of your game .

Will not go to this store ever again! Worker was rude. My grandchildren were in there and picked up a small glass snow globe, dropped it and it broke. I informed the worker and she said we would have to pay for it. It was a cheap made item that was way overpriced at $9.99. My daughter agreed to pay for it. No problem. The worker continued to be rude and and when we went to check out she said "you will pay for the item your child broke!" and my daughter said "that's fine, I will pay for it." Worker was hateful even though they should not have glass items on low shelves where children can reach and also we informed of the item broken and agreed to pay. She was hateful about it and will never go to into that store again. We our snowbirds and I have taken visitors there to get souvenirs. Never again-we will go elsewhere.

LOVE THIS STORE!!! I shop here everytime I visit my sister in Sarasota. The prices are great - the inventory and options are endless: t-shirts, swimsuits, hoodies, hats, jewelery, kiddie clothes and beach toys! I grab something for everyone each time!

Cute and clean place to shop for beach things and souvenirs for those traveling. I'm a local from a little south of Venice. Need an umbrella anchor. This was perfectly convenient on my drive to the beach, but also provided two different types of anchors for a great price. Will definitely be back to shop their clothes!!!

ZERO STARS —
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT AN OUNCE OF BRAINS TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX!! EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF; not to mention that they are RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS! When you walk in the door you don’t even get a “hello”, “welcome”, . nothing! And at one point I asked if they knew the time and I was just told “no “! What happened to common courtesy?
The 2 girls working were the most lazy
rude people I’ve ever encountered!
I spent $160 bucks and literally right after checking out I saw a shirt as I was walking out the door that was exactly what I was looking for (never mind I had asked both girls who were working there for assistance finding a similar shirt and their answer was just “no we don’t have anything like that ) so when I went to the counter, I explained I wanted to simply return one item for another item which meant they would’ve owed me eight dollars and I was told there were no refunds. I could understand if I had come back on a separate day and it was a bathing suit or something, but this was a T-shirt for another T-shirt, and I literally had never even left the store! I would never go back to the store ever again their stuff is extremely overpriced and they don’t have a big selection on sizes anyway! The staff is extremely rude and not helpful! This is the epitome of our workforce today. Nobody can think outside the box and say hey OK this is our policy but look at the situation and go ask Manager if they would be allowed to make an exception to the no refund policy I mean come on this was a T-shirt not a bathing suit, and I had not even left the store and had a receipt.

I honestly never try to post a negative review on this platform ever , but the way I watched the manager at the front register treat all of their customers here today I thought I should advise anyone Thinking of patronizing this establishment to definitely shop elsewhere. While my friend shopped she was by far one of the most unpleasant people I have come In contact with since I moved here 10 years ago. The store should put someone else at the register so people can have a nice experience while they shop. That being said this being the first time I had ever set foot in there in the 10 years I’ve lived here, it will also be the last.
