I've been using SSMC for years and have no complaints except that sometimes the shipping prices are a bit high for the item. Nevertheless, I find their customer service to be better than average, and for that reason, although I may complain about the prices, I will continue to support them. The fact that they will deliver items to my home is a huge plus for me. You can't beat that kind of convenience.

Worse experience ever. I was introduced by a friend and it was my worst decision. I still have not received my home delivery and no one reach out to inform me that I should pay an extra 78 dollars after I already paid nearly 600 dollars and my goods is at the wharf more than a week now. I paid so much money and still no goods ir update. SSMC is the worst and if my goods us missing it will be a next story. This week will make more than a month since pick up and still nothing

My mom and I have been shipping with this company for a long time. Today was my worst experience with lack of communication between the US and their Jamaica team. They called me to get another $105 for old clothes that they said customs said I have in my box. Tanisha asked me a few times if there was clothes and I told her no. She wrote it down anyway. I don't know how I was charged for something I didn't have. Shouldn't there be someone there to make sure the customs officer is charging you for the right things. I went from mad to disappointed 😞

Very disappointing service today! I drove from Palm Beach County only to be told by a representative that my package (small in size about 15 lbs) for my mom couldn’t be delivered to her. I was told that it’s at the discretion of the office in Jamaica…I told the representative that it was done before hence my reason for driving there. Not the treatment I expected because I’ve only had good experiences with SSMC.

UPDATE: As stated above I’ve always had efficient and pleasant experiences with SSMC and today’s experience with the assistance of Charlie and Tanesha renewed my trust. Thank you guys!

I had a bad experience with this company. A prepaid return label was send to them to return money to the sender. The sender received an envelope without the funds. Customer service hang up on me when I tried to find out what is happening.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I repeat do NOT....worst customer service worst delivery service...take more than a month to deliver. Thieves.....I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

The absolute best shipping company in South Florida. The ladies in the front are very understanding and relatable and assist you with all your needs. You can pay for your shipment with cash, a debit/credit card, or zelle. What I thought would have been a very difficult process was the easiest part of the journey. Thank you, SSMC, for all you do. I left feeling relieved knowing that my package would get to its destination in a timely manner.
