Stumbled upon the thrift store last weekend while out Yard Buying with my mother. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the store, more than adequately staffed, prices on everything. And by the way, they had a lot of NICE things, and the clothes were very organized. We'll be back and back again! Great little shop!

Always a great little place to find deals.Nice selection that is frequently updated. I love helping the church. Hours have changed since the pandemic. Temperature checks and face masks are required.

Update: still like this place. Less of a selection. Extremely crowded on fridays. Cash or local checks only. Masks optional.

It's nice that you're not allowed to have a service dog with you the people at St John's lady is very rude. But yet there was women that had little dogs in their purses she didn't say one thing to they were not service dogs my dog is. No longer doing business there no longer donating there

I visited today 1/25/20 the St. John's Thrift Store For Missions as I sometimes do looking for Hat and today was the most disconcerting visit I have ever had at any store in my life. I asked if Hat were apart of the 50% off sale and the female employee or volunteer said, " No but they are already so cheap" I replied with I have seen them cheaper and on sale at other similar type store. She then said to me, " You should go there and shop then." First off my statement was factual and was not a rhetorical question. I walked away thinking what is wrong with this person and she started to engage other customers and/or employees talking about me in a normal tone voice as if I wasn't even there in the store. Didn't even have the decency to use a quit tone that perhaps I couldn't hear. They discussed such matters as, "You aren't giving them away for free." and whats he talking about plus we sell them all the time trying to Shame me or belittle me in some fashion as a group. I never asked for anything for free and this guilt shaming is unacceptable behavior in any environment especially a place of business. With so many choices where I can spend my money I will definitely take that employees condescending advice and shop elsewhere as well I will be telling all my friends, coworkers and employees of how they treat people at this location. If my employees did this I would definitely terminate them. I may be one person but I have friends as well they do and family too, I will tell everyone I know about this horrible shaming/belittling attempt. Just shameful people act like this when my question of are Hats part of the 50% off and the reply should have been "No, they are not." End of story but just half to say extra unrelated things to try and shame/belittle me. Don't ask questions at this location.

Wonderful place for all kinds of items...such as clothing, beer stains and furniture...holiday items, dishes. There are toys and kitchen items all gorgeous. The prices are great for those on really tight budgets
