Edited to Add - Customer Service reached out and offered to send me a different color of chairs free of charge. They were quick to make this right, so thank you.

Not the same color as shown in picture and unhelpful customer service. I ordered 4 chairs (Advantage X-Back Chair - Medium White Grain) the first week of October. The chairs were backordered until November and I wasn't notified of the backorder until I emailed customer service asking for a status on my order. Once back in stock the chairs did ship and deliver quickly; however, the color was completely different than the color in the picture. I sent a picture to customer service asking for an exchange of color because I did love the chair itself, the color just did not match our table. I was told they do not exchange but only do returns and I would have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee of 35%. I would spend more on shipping the chairs back and restocking them than I spent on the actual chairs and who knows what color I would receive next time. I advised the customer service to update the picture on their website. Maybe a white or black chair would be a safe purchase but do not expect the wood colored ones to be as pictured. Now I am out of my money and still do not have chairs a month and a half later.

Fast shipping; great chairs. Many reviews mention the color. I purchased 16 of the Lime Washed. They are creamy white in color and just what I wanted. The chairs are well-built and sturdy. The chairs came assembled two in a box and look great in my summer home. Shipping was less than a week! In fact, they were shipped the same day I placed the order. So happy I made this purchase!

I purchased hercules black stackable banquet chairs. Bought 100 in December and another 100 in Feb. 2017 & 2018. After two weeks we started discovering they were getting small rips almost immediately. Not to mention they won't stack properly. Its like the leaning tower or something. I made three calls and sent three emails with pictures saying they would work with me on either a refund or something. But after three calls and three emails with pictures showing the poor quality of chairs nothing was ever heard from them again. Stack Chairs 4 less for a reason I would say. I offered to spend more money and buy a higher quality chair but no response. This is for our business. Now over 100 of the chairs have large rips.

First time placing an order with this company. I purchased the stool on Tues 4/23 and it was delivered on Friday 4/26. I looked at several other companies and they all had between a 3-5 business day handling time, so I specifically ordered from this company because of their advertised 1 day handling time. I would have liked to have gotten an email with the tracking info to let me know when my order had shipped, because that's exactly what the email order confirmation said when I received it on Tuesday, but I never got a shipping notification email. Yes, I checked my junk folder just to be sure. When I click on the "track my order" button on your order confirmation email, the track button/link doesn't work. When I go to your website and check my order status, it still shows processing, so you might want to update those 2 systems that are not working properly. These 2 things are not as important to me as actually receiving the item I ordered quickly, so I'm very happy with my transaction. Thank you.

Prices and shipping were less expensive than other companies I looked at but they sent me the wrong chairs. They also sent only 3 chairs when I had ordered 4. The first set of chairs was also scratched due to the way they were packed in the box without cushion. All that being said, after quite a bit of back and forth with customer service, they shipped me the right chairs and all is well. Chairs are good quality and shipping was relatively quick.

At first, I was extremely upset because of the way the chairs were shipped. It looked like they had been thrown on a pallet and wrapped in plastic. We ordered 40 chairs. Only 38 got shipped. 6 were damaged beyond repair and 12 had slight damage. Left a scathing review and got an immediate response. They sent out 8 replacement chairs and gave partial credit for the other damaged chairs. Even though the shipping department had a major fail, customer service was wonderful and made it right. We would and probably will order again.
