This is an excellent place to work with! The auctions are well-organized and reliably scheduled, making it easy to keep track of upcoming items. While things can sometimes move a bit slowly, the staff’s dedication to customer satisfaction more than makes up for it. They consistently go out of their way to ensure you receive your purchases smoothly, even offering extra help when needed. From start to finish, they do everything they can to make the process seamless and efficient, ensuring you get what you need and are on your way with minimal hassle.

Incredible spot to buy furniture, office equipment, shelving, computers, printers, TVs, cameras and so many items! The state of AR sells off their older inventory here at a discounted price and it’s open to the public on Wednesdays, and state organizations M T Th & F.

You can go bid on larger items at govdeals.com and it’s very easy to use.

The laws on the depreciation rates on specific State purchased items had to be changed. Tax laws and state Laws had to be thoroughly re-revaluated, in order to alter the depreciation rate of University College dorm mattresses. Special concession meetings had to be held to determine a compromise legally, of less than a 20 years depreciation rate. Some had holes! Three to five years unless damaged was an agreed upon rate and a liability clause on room damage was added.
Thoroughly used unsellable mattresses can be sold by the state of Arkansas. State surplus property is sold at Marketing and Redistribution 6620 Young Rd, Little Rock, AR 72209. THE STATE to the PUBLIC sales of state surplus property is a great place 8AM to 3PM M-F. See what your tax dollars buy! You get as much for a bed as you get for two chair or five TVs, ten mice, a breathalyzer, a computer, used wheel chair, etc. Best bang for the item sold is the goal and stuff changes every week! Lots of stuff you can wonder what it is or why Arkansas purchased it? BUT, you paid for it! The inside is BIG and the outside is too. Vending machines full of refreshments while you wander around.. It is a big flee market 8AM to 3PM, M-F.
GEWHIZ! everybody needs a rolling hunting chair that turns quietly.

Every time I go there and stand waiting in line, only for some other people to jump ahead of me because sometime within the closing period of the night before until they open someone put an empty chair on the steps. There is a sign that clearly states, "to be standing in line you must be in line and not sitting in your car." The same couple if people do this every week and should be banned from the facility.

This is where the state forfeits it's not needed inventory for secondary sale. Large warehouse with wide range of items. It is what it is. Helpful staff to make sure you can get whatever you need. Lots of parking, a few loading decks, forklift if you need it.
