Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Stuff bought online and tried to return to address provided. Merchandise was twice returned back stating they moved, yet the address remains in their website for returns. This company’s website shopping experience is a total scam.

Great clothes but customer service not so much. We visited the 401 Biscayne Bay Market Place location and the customer service/cashier was on her phone and simply ignoring people. Gave us the impression that she didn't want to be there. We finally asked for medium pair or blue pants that we loved but they only had small on the floor and she appeared to be helping us but suddenly was on the phone again and ignoring us. We'll never be back.

I went on vacation with my family and we were spending our first day in Miami. We entered the store because we saw a nice dress for my sister birthday. I am appalled at one particular staff member who helped us to use the dressing room. She was not only discriminatory and racist. My mother didn’t even have to switch to Spanish to her but fake kindness indeed. She had no idea who she was speaking to lol. My mother could have written her up and fine her. Also sue this establishment because under the law there is such a thing called disability rights and discriminatory charges. I’m not lying I felt like Selena Quintanilla in that moment. Can’t believe mistreatment like this still exist in this world. I pray that no one has to experience this. It was horrible and cruel. I told my mom to leave everything we can find this store in New York where we came from. Thankfully the lady left and so I told my mother okay fine we can get one item because I rather spend more money on multiple items elsewhere. I don’t care how nice the clothes are, the way you treat people they will never forget and I’m not investing money into unwell insecure people like that. She claimed the manager said that my mother can’t be near the dressing room area that she had to stand out but her demeanor was as if we are black so we are going steal something. When in no way our behaviors exuded that and we came in the store respectfully and even was kind enough to put things back where we found them when browsing the clothing. Furthermore, she blames her manager she doesn’t want to get in trouble with him. Maybe if you stood there and monitor the dressing room while my mother stayed in the dressing room area to accommodate for her daughter with a disability you wouldn’t be in trouble. Little did she know about disability because she already made us so uncomfortable, the fact of the matter is that she only treated us this way. Two white couples come in all of a sudden the men can stand in the dressing room area. All the woman saw was color and it’s horrible hatred, fear and distrust like this still exist. Then when I went to get another outfit I was waiting to go next and this white lady skipped me. The male monitoring the dressing room didn’t do nothing about it. I tried on the outfit though it was nice the disrespect and mistreatment really started to hit me hard. So it took me out of the enjoyment of shopping any longer there. So I told my mother though it’s nice I’m not giving them anymore money. The disrespect was too real. The only nice person was the cashier after that women left.

I use to like shopping but they do not post women of color. Their IG have no black women. Clearly they do not see us black women as a good representation of their business.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience going to this store twice. The store attendant cashier 3005 had a nasty attitude talking to me and my friend. During the time we were there, she followed us around telling us to put things back in order, complaining to us about how people mess up the store around and that she stands on her feet for 12 hrs and so forth. While I understand her frustration, I find it very inappropriate to treat us the way she did when we were just looking for something to buy and were not disorganizing the store. I’m not planning to go back to this store location anymore.

Worst costumer service , if you buy online , they give you hard time to do a return, like be ready to never get a label or instructions for your return.
