Do not rent a storage unit here. There has been a charge for a storage unit I don’t even have. When I tried to contact someone about it I feel like I have been getting the run around. No one seems to know how to help me if I do get in contact with anyone at all. Avoid this place if you can. It is not worth the headache.

I had rented from store space storage in the Cocoa location for a little over 2 years and never late with a payment! I have been waiting for a refund to my account of which still hasn’t happened as of 1/3/25! I get no return phone calls regarding this situation? I also was told 7-10 business days, then I was told it could take 31 business days (of which Ive never heard of) and that was 2 months ago! The professionalism has been extremely disappointing and frustrating to deal with! Do not rent here? Pay increases are sudden and the professionalism of the staff is disappointing in resolving issues and getting any responses…Do not rent from store space!

DEREK! Not cool to hang up on me! SERIOUSLY?! This is how you address customer service issues? You could have transferred me to someone else if you did not want to answer the questions that I asked. You couldn’t answer how a credit is issued? You couldn’t answer if it was true that a District Manager has to issue a credit? How hard is that?!

This place is a scam!!!!! Don’t work here they will waste your time. I turned down other jobs for the store manager position and was let go IN 3 DAYS because the DM had a brain too small to realize the store I was going to be working at wasn’t going to be ready for an extra 3 months due to a “land issue” she calls it. Then I was told I’d be paid for training and I’m STILL waiting on that 3 day pay. SMD Store Space

They like to raise your rates not even two months after having a storage unit and they promised you that it would stay at a certain price and It don’t and it’s hard when you’re on disability!
