This is the cleanest storage place I have ever used. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and really went above and beyond… Not just with me, but with others that came in didn’t help. A few days after I moved in, my rollup door got stuck. I called the number and a very nice woman was there to help me within a couple of minutes. One of their selling points was that they only use non-toxic pesticides. I am very happy with this place!

For all of those looking and wondering if this is a good spot, look no further. Ive been with this company for several years, and they always go above and beyond, but today was just exceptional, as they help me navigate an issue with quick resolution. So I had to let everyone know, this is the best storage option in Brentwood, period. They are clean, climate controlled, and client oriented, especially Kim. As we all continue to navigate working with businesses and while managing our own busy lives, we need ease, efficiency, and simplicity. SL’s got that and more.
More companies can take a page from Store Local’s book….if not the entire book. Do it.

Brentwood self storage was truly an exceptional storage facility. Their communication was outstanding, and they were always quick to help when I needed it. From the moment I first reached out to them, I was impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me.

Their staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they made the process of renting a storage unit as easy and stress-free as possible. They took the time to understand my needs and recommend the perfect unit for my belongings, which gave me peace of mind knowing that my items were in good hands.

I was particularly impressed by their exceptional communication skills. Whenever I had a question or concern, they were quick to respond and always provided clear and concise information. They truly understood the importance of good communication in a storage facility, and it made all the difference in my experience.

In addition to their excellent communication, Brentwood self storage was also quick to help whenever I needed it. There were a few times when I needed access to my unit outside of regular business hours, and they were always accommodating and made it easy for me to get what I needed.

Perfect storage facility. Kim, the manager is so professional and helpful. Her assistant Casey is also polite and very helpful as well. Additionally, their restroom facility is always extremely clean! . The location is easy and safe.

Brentwood self storage came in handy for me because it was so close to where I lived and the people who worked there were great at their job and very helpful. The last 2 and a half years I had no problem with my storage unit no one ever broke into it and it was well contained and they kept the outside rediculously clean. I especially like the manager Kim who was always helpful and understanding of any questions I had I thanked her for everything and she told me if I ever need to come back to Brentwood self storage she said we’re always here for u very graciously.
