I want to give MARI A BIG huge thank you! I don’t know how I managed to get my key stuck in my lock but somehow I did. I ran into the office and Mari was so willing to help with such a joyful attitude. She was somehow able to help us get the broken key out without breaking to lock. She did this with such a spirit of helping rather than inconveniencing her. I appreciate her going back and forth to find the right tool to help us out. I didn’t expect such a joyful and willing employee to work at a storage facility. Thank you Mari for your willingness to help us out yesterday! There are STILL good humans In the customer service industry! I hope that your leadership appreciates you as well. You have always been a joy every time we go in.
