I’ve now owned 20 cars and never until now have I special ordered one. Summit Subaru made this an extraordinary and unique experience. Not only did they help me obtain a unique car they also gave me a really great deal! I’m very happy with my car and the experience of buying it!

One year later someone who was texting while driving totaled my Outback. Summit Subaru helped me get right back on the road quickly. I had a really fun experience with everyone there! They're not just here to help they're here to provide a truly special experience from beginning to end!! Time for new adventures in my new Forester Wilderness.

I also want to commend the service department! Everyone especially Monica have been super helpful and they never laugh at my silly descriptions of what’s going on with my car. Ok, maybe they do but I like making people laugh.

Your service was quick & efficient. Your customer service was friendly. However, your mechanic left a signicant oil smudge on the driver's side top indoor panel. See attached photo.

Pretty disappointed to say the least with the way I have been treated. Brought my car in to have an oil change, two days later I see smoke coming out of the engine. I made it home thankfully but when I opened the hood and saw the cap half off and oil all over the hood and the engine. Pissed is beyond how I felt. I then brought it back to have them clean the engine and send it home. It came back to me with a coolant light so I brought it back in. They then tell me that the oil ext housing, O rings and sealer gasket is out…..maybe because your mechanic didn’t complete the oil change as he should have. The whole point of writing this review is to reach someone higher up at this location because the people working are irresponsible and have made us pay for all of their mistakes! Please make this right so I can remove this post….. car is at your shop, balls in your court.

Realizing that I was only 26 miles away from my warranty service requirement, I called Summit Subaru at 3:00 p.m. and my car was on the rack literally one hour later. I was amazed and so appreciative when Monica said sure we can get it done today. I decided to just wait and was very comfortable on their waiting area where I made myself a complimentary hot chocolate. I actually watched them service my vehicle as well and they performed the exact service as outlined in my paperwork. I was out the door a few minutes after 5:00, filled with relief that they could accommodate me at such short notice. Summit Subaru is a trustworthy operation and everyone working there was wonderful.

This Dealership Is Amazing! Todd was one of the best salesman I have met ever! Abrina was amazing as well, Great customer service, Amazing from the start to finish. Financing made it so simple as well. And Romeo he gave me hope in knowing he would do what it took to get me approved and he did! I highly recommend this location. The Absolute best In El Cajon ! 🙌
